From
our Guests

Every now and then, someone takes a moment to tell us what they enjoyed about their time with Herioma.

Whether it was an evening around Our Table, an afternoon making something together, or something from our kitchen that found its way to their table, we’re grateful that they chose Herioma and gave us the opportunity to create something for them.

For us, that is what makes Herioma special — being invited to share something we love, to make something with our hands, and to create a little space for people to gather, enjoy and connect.

So, to everyone who has shared a table, joined an experience or brought a little Herioma home - Thank You.

Here are some of the kind words you’ve shared with us along the way.

The flaky skin mooncakes were presentable, like those bought from reputable bakery. Skin was soft but not too flaky. Filling was not too swet either. No guilt feeling after eating more than one. 😜

No burden on digestion either. Very good job for a home baker.👍

My family and I have always enjoyed Clement’s cooking, but his potato salad is something special!

The potatoes are cooked just right, with crispy bacon bits and a fresh, lemony dressing. We’ve tried others, but none come close.

Our all-time favourite — so good we can’t stop eating it! 😋

Words Shared Around Our Table

Christmas or CNY, Clement always knows how to bring people together.

From the festive setup to the generous spread of food, everything is thoughtfully done. There’s always warmth, laughter, good food and huat! 😄

You leave feeling well fed, well looked after and glad to have been part of it. Truly a wonderful host!

The Sourdough loaf has a crispy, rustic crust with chewy and airy crumbs inside.

Perfect when it's lightly toasted, spread with butter or dipped into soup.

I dare say it's even better than some of the well-known bakeries.

The kueh salat is beautifully presented kueh salat with vibrant pandan custard and a lovely butterfly pea rice layer.

Savoury, not too sweet, and just right for afternoon tea or sharing with friends.

Definitely worth trying. Good work by a home baker!

The orange cake was simply heavenly, buttery and citrusy. Light, fluffy and not too sweet.

The date cake was  dense (as it should be) and has a unique taste, which I like.
